Set out as a table, because that is what this app is. Every row is something that either is or is not held, why, and for how long.

Cookies

One, named s, holding your user id and a token that stops other sites posting forms as you. Signed, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax. A second exists for ten minutes during sign-in. Neither tracks anything.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Not sold, not rented, not shared. Three parties are involved mechanically: Cloudflare hosts the service and sends the mail, Google handled the sign-in you chose, and Etsy receives the listing ids and search words needed to answer the question.

Removing it

Delete a candidate, a board, or the whole account — the last of those erases the email address and every board at once, with no archive and no grace period. All three are on the page they belong to; account closure is on your account page.
